| ELIGIBILITY: | Open Tournament. Competitors from all states
welcome. Current USJA, USJF, or USJI membership required. Proof of membership required. Registration in the USJA will be available at the tournament. |
| REGISTRATION: | Registration closes at 11:00 AM. |
| RULES: | IJF, modified. Four minute match for Seniors, three minute matches for Juniors. Chokes not permitted under age thirteen. Arm bars not permitted under age seventeen. |
| WEIGH-IN: | Starts 9:00 AM, closes 11:15 AM |
| START-TIME: | 12:00 PM (Noon) Start of tournament |
| FEES: | $20.00 Entry Fee for first entry, $10.00 for each additional weight category approved by the Tournament Director. Tournament spectators admitted free. |
| AWARDS: | Gold, Silver & Bronze medals for First, Second and Third place, trophies for Best Junior and Senior Competitor and Best Team. |
| DIVISIONS: | Divisions will include Senior men, Senior Women, Junior boys, Junior Girls, Masters and Kata. Each division will be split depending on weight, age and the number of contestants at close of registration. The Tournament Director reserves the right to move players to make a division, to make changes necessary in the best interest of the contestants, and to reject any entry forms containing false information or not properly and fully complete. |
| WAIVERS: | Minors (under 18 yrs old) must have waivers signed by a parent or guardian prior to close of registration. |
| DIRECTIONS: | See Maps. Take I-77 to Columbia. If coming from the North, exit Bluff Rd and go West toward Columbia. If coming from the South, exit Bluff Rd and go West toward Columbia. The SC National Guard Amory is located between I-77 and the SC stadium on the left side of the road. |
